We at PCS Solutions, LLC. d/b/a Papio Cloud Software ("PCS", "Papio", "We", "Us", "Our") care about your privacy. Our Papio Pipelines ("Pipelines" or the "Service") is a managed Jenkins instance pre-configured for GitHub. Other than information provided to us by the GitHub Marketplace when you sign up for a Subscription, the only information we collect from our Users is the code that they run through our Service. We are not in the business of collecting or monetizing personal information, and we will never sell any information that could be used to personally identify you ("Personal Information") to a third party. Your use of the Services is subject to the Papio Terms of Service, found here, and to this Privacy Policy, which we may update from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after such update represents your continued consent to our data processing and privacy practices. All undefined capitalized terms used herein have the meaning defined in the Terms of Service.

What Information We Collect

As noted above, we receive information about you in two ways: (a) directly from you as you use the Service; and (b) from GitHub Marketplace when you sign up for a Subscription. We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information such as your financial information.

Received from GitHub Marketplace

When you sign up for a Subscription to the Service through the GitHub Marketplace, we receive your name and your email address. We do not receive any information related to your billing information, such as payment information or your billing address, as the marketplace handles all billing for us. We collect this information solely for the purposes of providing you the Service and for communicating with you for our legitimate business purposes. If you wish to see how GitHub Marketplace uses the information you provide to it, please refer to the GitHub privacy policies found here.

Collected from You

We recognize that in using the Service, you are entrusting us with access to your source code and other sensitive information. We do not collect or store any User Code except as necessary to provide the Service – it will live briefly in our dedicated cluster while you Pipeline is running, but not longer.

When you visit our website, we may collect contact information (name, email, and phone number) directly from you, but only if you provide us with such information by requesting more information or otherwise interacting with us. We may also collect basic usage data automatically as set out below.

Automatically Collected

If you're accessing our Service or Website, we automatically collect the same basic information that most services collect, subject, where necessary, to your consent. This includes information about how you use the website or the Service, such as the pages you view, the referring site, your IP address and session information, and the date and time of each request ("Usage Information"). This is information we collect from every visitor to the website, whether they are a User or not.

We automatically collect information from cookies (such as cookie ID and settings) to analyze usage of our Service and the website. We may collect certain information about your device, such as its IP address, browser or client application information, language preference, operating system and application version, device type and ID, and device model and manufacturer ("Device Information").

We use the information we collect from you to provide you the Service, and in some cases, for our own legitimate business interests such as to market, sell, deliver, and support the solutions that we offer. We do not sell or share with 3rd parties the information that we collect, except sharing of information with limited reputable partners involved in the direct selling of our solutions and for the specific purpose of selling our solutions, and with vendors who provide to us information management solutions used by us under our control.
